**View Full 2010 All-SWAC Baseball Honors**

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its 2010 all-conference baseball honors Wednesday, with Alabama State player Anthony Ricciardi earning All-SWAC second-team recognition.

A freshman pitcher from Toronto, Canada, Ricciardi led the Hornets in nearly every pitching statistic. The rookie right-hander posted a team-best 5.37 ERA while pacing the team with a pair of complete games and one shutout. Ricciardi recorded 50 strikeouts and held opponent batters to a .295 average in 68.2 innings of work.

Ricciardi and the rest of the ASU baseball squad begin play in the 2010 SWAC Championship tournament Wednesday night against Texas Southern at 6 p.m. at Fairgrounds Field in Shreveport, La.
