HORNET NATION - you've done it again. RB Tim Clark has been voted the HSRN.com Division I National Player of the Week.

Clark had career highs in carries (10) , rushing yards (106), and rushing touchdowns (3) helping the Hornets beat Arkansas-Pine Bluff 28-12.

Clark had touchdown runs of 7, 2, and a career-long 71 yards in helping Alabama State improve to 7-2 this season, 7-1 in the SWAC.

Clark won with 1,089 votes, ahead of RB Dawrence Roberts Lacey of Grambling State (595 votes) , QB Chris Walley of Norfolk State (148 votes), and QB Riko Smalls of Texas Southern  (6 votes).
