MONTGOMERY—Alabama State University's Rachel Smith was named to the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) All-Tournament team following the completion of the championship game Sunday evening.
 
Smith, a freshman from Riverside, Calif., had a team-high 55 kills during the Lady Hornets four tournament games.  She hit .282 and added eight service aces and 18 digs.
 
The All-Tournament team was voted on by the head coaches following the end of play each day.
