MOBILE, Ala. – The third annual Alabama State University Coaches Caravan kickoff had an enthusiastic start with ASU fans and supporters in Mobile.
Grand Central in downtown Mobile was the host venue for the first event on the caravan, now in its third year promoting and increasing awareness of Hornet Athletics.
Supporters got the opportunity to meet and mingle with Hornet Athletics administration and coaches. Acting Athletic Director

Lucky fans won door prizes that included ASU paraphernalia from the coaches in attendance. One fortunate fan (Adrian Fox) won a family fun pack to an ASU home football game, which includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four cokes and two tubs of popcorn. Hines introduced a new fan giving initiative, titled Hornet Pride 365, in which Hornet supporters are encourage to pledge and give $1 a day to ASU Athletics.
