Davis, a senior center from Montgomery, worked his way into the Hornets starting lineup during his freshman season and never came out of it over the next three seasons.
 
He was the team leader for the Hornets offensive line that opened up holes for ASU running backs to the tune of 2,836 yards, averaging 236 yards per game. That number not only led the Southwestern Athletic Conference, but was 14^th in the nation among Football Championship Series (CFS) teams.
 
This is the fifth post-season award for Davis.  He was named to the Heritage Sports Radio Network (HSRN) and Boxtorun All-American teams as well as being named to the All-SWAC First Team and to the College Sports Madness First Team All-SWAC Team as well.
