Final Stats

USA pitcher Linden Jones was in complete control from the first pitch as she and the Jaguars shut out Alabama State 6-0.

Jones struck out 13 while only allowing two hits in seven innings of work. Only four Lady Hornets reached base and not one advanced to second.

For USA, Carolina Mendoza went 2-3 with 2 RBI. Jenny Stevens and Kait Chrenomaz also had two hits each for the Jaguars.

Destinee Sanchez took the loss for ASU.
