MONTGOMERY – Alabama State women's basketball team look to resume to its winning ways as they host Alcorn State Monday, February 22
nd at 5:30 p.m. in the Dunn-Oliver Acadome.
The Lady Hornets (12-10, SWAC 10-3 SWAC) come into the game versus the Lady Braves after suffering their first home loss of the calendar year falling short to Southern 57-55
on Saturday, ending their 10-game conference win streak.
Alcorn (8-16, SWAC 6-8 SWAC) enters the game riding a four-game win streak after firmly trouncing Alabama A&M 81-64 this past
Saturday.
This is the 76
th match-up between these two teams as Alcorn leads the overall series 53-22 since 1982. These two teams last faced off earlier this season on Jan. 24
