EUGENE, Ore. | After three tough road games, Alabama State will return to the floor Friday night on the road to face Oregon, a Final Four participant from a season ago, at Matthew Knight Arena.

Alabama State (0-3) enters the contest after falling South Dakota State, 94-63, in a game in which
Steve Rogers and
Terrance LeFlore came off the bench to lead the Hornets in scoring. The duo combined for 30 points, with Rogers connecting on five three-pointers to go along with his 17 points. Meanwhile, LeFlore added 13 off the bench.

Ed Jones continues to lead Alabama State in scoring, averaging 10.7 points per game through the first three games of the season. He is also averaging four rebounds per game, while shooting 46.4 (13-of-28) percent from the floor.
Reginald Gee is also in double figures, averaging 10.3 points per game after scoring in double figures the last two contests.

Tobi Ewuosho leads the team in rebounding at 6.3 per game, and already has a double-double to his credit against Iowa. Meanwhile,
Branden Johnson is averaging 5.7 rebounds per game to go along with his seven points per game.

Meanwhile, Oregon (2-0) enters the contest after dispatching of Coppin State and fellow SWAC member Prairie View A&M. Troy Brown who is averaging 17.5 points and seven rebounds through the first two games of the season leads the Ducks. Paul White is also in double figures at 16 points per game, while Roman Sorkin is averaging 11.5.

The Ducks enter the contest with a 44-game home winning streak, and are currently averaging 85 points per game.
