MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State will play their final home game in the 2017 calendar year Thursday afternoon, hosting the University of Mobile University at Dunn-Oliver Acadome.

Alabama State (1-9) is coming off a 64-41 loss to UAB Tuesday night, and is looking for their second win of the season at home as they face the Rams.
Keimeshia Walker led Alabama State with 13 points for the second consecutive game, while
Kenya Pye and
Tatyana Calhoun each added eight points.
Walker leads the Lady Hornets in points and minutes, averaging 12.5 points and 30.0 minutes per game. Meanwhile,
Shamyiah Smith averages 6.7 points per game and Calhoun 4.2 rebounds.

Mobile (8-4) enters the contest after falling to Loyola, 80-50, in New Orleans Monday night. Kendra Langham led the Rams with 20 points, while Artasia McDowell added 16.

Ryann Sylvester leads the Rams' in double figures on the season at 14.4 points per game, while Paula Tattari is at 9.9 and McDowell at 9.1 points per game.

The two teams met last season with Alabama State claiming an 84-45 victory in the season opener, a game in which Alabama State shot a season-high 61.5 percent from the floor, caused 23 Rams turnovers and converted on 29 free throws.

There is no admission charge for the Thursday afternoon game.
