MANHATTAN, Kan. | Alabama State hits the court for the second of their three-game Midwest road trip Wednesday night, facing Kansas State at Bramlage Coliseum.
The game is set to tip at 7:02 pm with the game on ESPN+ and on the Hornet Sports Network, with pregame beginning at 6:45 pm.
Alabama State (1-7) looks to get back on track after a 73-59 loss to South Dakota Monday night in the first game of the trip. In that contest, the Hornets trailed early before taking the lead midway through the first half. However, a Coyotes' second half run allowed South Dakota to pull away down the stretch for the win.
Tobi Ewuosho continues to lead Alabama State in scoring at 13.8 points per game, while he is also grabbing a team-high 6.3 rebounds per game.
Jacoby Ross is averaging 7.3 points per game, after scoring a combined 20 points in his last two games, while
Brandon Battle is averaging 6.3 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.

Kansas State (5-3) enters the contest following a 73-65 loss to Marquette back on December 7 against Marquette despite four players scoring in double figures. The loss ended a 33-game home winning streak against non-conference opponents for Kansas State inside Bramlage Coliseum.
In the loss to Marquette, Kansas State shot a season-low in field goal percentage (32.3) but produced season highs in both makes (18) and attempts (30) from the free throw line.
Xavier Sneed leads Kansas State in scoring at 14.5 points per game, while Cartier Diarra is averaging 11.8 points per game. Sneed leads the team in rebounding at 5.5 per game, while Makoi Mawien is second on the team in rebounding at 5.4 per game.
