MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State will conclude the 2018-19 regular season on the road, starting with Grambling State on Thursday night in Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) action.

Alabama State (11-16, 10-6 SWAC) knocked off Prairie View A&M on Monday night behind a 23-point performance by
Ayana Emmanuel, shooting a perfect 10-of-10 from the charity stripe. The team converted 21-of-26 for the game.
Grambling State (13-15, 16-6 SWAC) enters the contest after losing to Mississippi Valley 79-61. Jazmin Boyd led the Lady Tigers with 18 points, as the loss puts the Lady Tigers in a four-way tie with the Lady Hornets, Jackson State and Texas Southern.

- Ayana Emmanuel leads the Lady Hornets offense, averaging 14.1 points and 4.3 rebounds per game, while Jayla Crawford is at 12.3 points.
