MONTGOMERY,  Ala. | Alabama STate improved to 2-0 in Southwestern Athletic Conference play with a 4-1 win over in-state rival Alabama A&M on Sunday at the Olean Black Underwood Tennis Center.

Gordan Fran Mileusni won in straight sets over Goran Krivokapic to clinch the match for the Hornets.

The Honrets posted wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles to build a 1-0 lead going into singles. 

David J Grandinot and Lun Obrul gave ASU a 3-0 lead with wins on court one and cour three to set up Mileusni clinching win.
