Biography

2006: Sanchez earned 2nd team All-SWAC honors after going 7-9 with a 2.82 era. Struck out 76 batters in 124.1 innings. Hit .240 with 20 RBI and 6 home runs.

 

Sanchez was an honor student in high school and was named Pitcher of the Year. In addition, she was named to the first and second team All-County and to the Sunkist All-League team for three years.
