Personal: Majoring in Forensic chemistry and forensic Biology... Daughter of Susan and Kevin Myers... 2016 SWAC Freshman of the Year and 1st Team All-Conference... 2017 SWAC Tournament MVP... 2018 SWAC 1st Team All-Conference... 2018 Member of Delta Delta Epsilon (Forensic Honors Society) NTCA All-Academic Team

High School: Young graduated from Central High School in Baton Rouge, La., where she was a three year member of the Central High varsity bowling team, where she was deemed two years as the captain.  During her 2014 season, she was named as the district MVP and an individual runner-up in the state with Central High finishing as team runner-up in 2015.
 
As a team, the Wildcats finished with a 77-17 record in 2015, which earned Young All-District honors, for three years in a row.  She also led the team to a Coed District Championship in 2013 and Girls’ District Championship in 2014-15.  Also in 2014, she was an all events scratch and handicap champion in her division in the state of Louisiana.  She finished that same season as the singles Louisiana State Champion in her division.
