PERSONAL: Ja'Kayla Renee Hill, the daughter of James and Anita Hill ... has three older siblings, Jamaal Kemp, Candance Kemp and Princess Washington ... earned four varsity letters at Jess Lanier High School, where the Purple Tigers were a four-time 5A Regional runner-up and three-time 5A area champions ... named 5A area defensive player of the year as a senior.
Academically Ja'Kayla excels in World History and Math. Her hobbies include writting poetry and listening to music. She is an advocate of believing in you and never giving up.
