Biography
at Previous School (UConn): During sophomore season, her best finish came at the Beantown Challenge with a sixth place finish with a time of 7.71 seconds… Ran a sub-7.7 five times... During freshman indoor season, competed at a pair of meets in the 60 and 200 Meter Dash...At Scarlet and White Invitational, finished 21st overall at 25.15 in the 200...Fourth overall at Valentine Invitational in the 60... During outdoor season, competed at several meets in the 4x100, 100, 200, and 4x400... Took gold at Brown Springtime Invitational in the 100 with a time of 12.27 (best time)... Bronze finish in 200 at same meet with a time of 25.99 (best time)... A part of a 4x400 relay team that finished fifth overall at UConn Northeast Challenge.
High School: Attended Evans High School in Tampa FL... Made finals every year in states for the 100 and 200... Made nationals every year for AAU and USATF... Season best 11.80 in the 100 and 24.08 in the 200.... Made the honor roll and Principals list.
Personal: Daughter of Yalonda Smith... Has two older siblings Kiana and Jackson and one younger sibling Jamya... First person in family to go outside of the state for college... Business Marketing major.
