2022-23 (Sophomore): Ran a personal best 18:28.3 in the 4k at the Foothill Invitational (9/2)… Ran a 23:55.0 in the 5k at the SWAC Cross Country Championships (10/24)… Ran a personal best 26.96 in the 200-meters at the Rod McCravey Memorial… Recorded a distance of 4.95 meters (16-03.00) at the Rod McCravey Memorial… Finished with a distance of 12.03 meters (39-05.75) in the triple jump at the SWAC Indoor Championships (2/16-17), finishing second… Recorded a personal best 12.93 in the 100-meters at the South Alabama Track Challenge (4/13-14)… Recorded a personal best 5.91 meters (19-04.75) in the long jump at the SWAC Outdoor Championships (5/4-6), finishing fifth… Finished second in the triple jump with a distance of 12.56 meters (41-03.50) at the SWAC Outdoor Championships (5/4-6).
