Alabama State Volleyball Falls to JSU and Picks up a Win Against TSU

The Tigers were led by Christine Edwards with 14 kills followed by teammates Donisha Dunn and Chyna Coleman who registered eight kills apiece.  Latoya Clark lifted Jackson state with 36 assists.

The Lady Hornets played their third game of the day against the Tigers of Texas Southern who defeated Grambling State in a 3-2 match earlier in the day.

Alabama State won over TSU with the scores of 25-12, 25-13 and 25-18.  They will move to the next round of the 2011 SWAC Volleyball Tournament.
