The live telecast of the 88th Turkey Day Classic on ESPNU highlights Alabama State football's television/broadcast schedule for the 2011 season.
The Hornets' annual game against Tuskegee on Thanksgiving Day will be televised live at 3 p.m. on ESPNU for the third consecutive season.
The Hornets will have a pair of games televised via tape-delay on ESPNU and live on ESPN3.com. The 70th State Farm Magic City Classic versus Alabama A&M will be shown tape-delayed at 9:30 p.m. on ESPNU. The game will be shown live on the internet at 2:30 p.m. at www.ESPN3.com. Also, the Hornets' home game vs. Prairie View A&M will be shown tape-delayed at 9:30 p.m. and live at 1 p.m. on www.ESPN3.com.
The live internet games are two of four contests to be broadcast online this season for the Hornets, who will also have a pair of games shown live on SWACTV.
Alabama State's Sept. 3 season opener at Mississippi Valley State, as well as the Hornets' Oct. 1 home game vs. Alcorn State, will be shown online at www.swac.org.
All games shown via the internet are free of charge. Fans are encouraged to check their with their cable or satellite provider for availability of ESPN3.com.
