The Alabama State football team will open its 2012 campaign live on ESPN against Bethune-Cookman in the 8^th MEAC/SWAC Challenge presented by Disney.
 
The Sunday, Sept. 2 game from the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla. will kickoff at 11 a.m. central time (Noon eastern) and will be televised live on the ESPN flagship station.
