Senior running back Malcolm Cyrus has received his fourth and fifth weekly honor this week as he was named the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Offensive Player of the Week. He also received the College Sports Madness SWAC Offensive Player of the Week.

Cyrus is coming off another standout performance in which he rushed for a season-high 188 yards on a career-high 29 carries. He also picked up another career-high by scoring three touchdowns.

Cyrus leads the SWAC in rushing with 612 rushing yards and in yards per game average at 153.0. He is also third among all FCS players in yards rushing and his yards per game average is tied for third.
