An eight-run fourth inning propelled the Alabama State baseball team to an 11-6 win over Savannah State Friday night at the Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex.

Trailing 2-1 in the fourth, a leadoff homer by
Chris Biocic tied the score at 2-2.
Waldyvan Estrada reached base on a throwing error,
Yamil Pagan was safe on a fielder's choice, and P.J. Harris walked to load the bases.
Hunter Allen walked to score Estrada and put the Hornets ahead 3-2. With one out,
Sebastian Rivera reached on an error, as Pagan scored.
Cesar Rivera then singled to center field, scoring Harris for a 5-2 lead. P.J. Biocic was hit by a pitch to force home Allen, before
Chris Biocic's groundout scored
Sebastian Rivera for a 7-2 lead. Estrada's two-run single to left field scored
Cesar Rivera and P.J. Biocic for a 9-2 Hornets' lead.

After Savannah State (12-17) scored three runs in the sixth, the Hornets (16-11) added two in the seventh. Harris doubled to left field with one out, and scored on Allen's singled to right center field. With two outs,
Sebastian Rivera's double to left field scored Allen for an 11-5 Alabama State lead.

Sebastian Rivera each had two hits, while Estrada drove in three runs.
Joseph Camacho (7-0) got the win, allowing eight hits, five runs with one walk and four strikeouts in six innings.
