HUNTSVILLE, AL – The Alabama State volleyball team has hit the final stretch of regular season matches before next weekend's SWAC Tournament. 

The undefeated in conference Lady Hornets (18-8 overall, 15-0 SWAC) will play at Alabama A&M (10-19 overall, 9-5 SWAC) Saturday at 2 p.m. and then finish out their regular season at home with matches against Southern (11-12 overall, 10-5 SWAC) on Monday at 7 p.m. and against Alcorn State (2-21 overall, 1-12 SWAC) on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Monday's game will be streamed live by the SWAC Digital Network while Tuesday will be Senior Night.

Libero Jamie Coleman is the lone senior on the team this season.

The Lady Hornets control their own destiny as far as attempting to lock down the No. 1 seed for the SWAC Tournament.

A win on Saturday would clinch the top seed due to a tie-breaker advantage over second place Texas Southern. 

The SWAC Tournament opens Friday in Jackson, Miss.
