MONTGOMERY – Football season is less than three weeks away and that means the annual showdown between Alabama State and Alabama A&M at the Magic City Classic is not that far away either.

Tickets for the 75
th edition of the MCC are on sale now and can be purchased either on line at themagiccity.com or at the
ASU Ticket Office at 334-229-4010.

Tickets are $35 for reserved seating and $25 for general admission.

The MCC is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29 at historic Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala. and will be shown live on ESPN3.  The Hornets won last year's Classic 35-20 and has won four of the last six. The rivalry started back in 1924 with the Hornets winning 30-0. Overall this will be the 80
th meeting between the rivals with ASU holding a 40-36-3 lead in the series.
