MONTGOMERY, Ala. | The Alabama State University women's soccer team returns home for their final two home matches of the season, as they face Jackson State University and Southern University this weekend at the ASU Soccer Complex.

Alabama State (7-7, 5-2 SWAC) will face Jackson State on Friday (2-11-2, 2-2-2 SWAC), with the match scheduled to kick at 7 pm. The meeting will be the first between the two schools since last season's 1-0 victory by Alabama State in the SWAC Tournament en route to capturing their first conference championship.

Jackson State leads the all-time series over Alabama State 5-4-2.

They will then face Southern (0-9-1, 0-4-1 SWAC) on Senior Day Sunday afternoon, with kick scheduled for 1 pm. Prior to the contest the Lady Hornets will honor their senior class. Alabama State has won five consecutive meetings over Southern, including last season's 6-2 win. They have won six of the last eight meetings over Southern.

Ariela Lewis continues to lead the Lady Hornets and the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) with eight goals, and is the nation's leading active goal scorer with 58 career goals. For the year, she has 17 points, which leads the team. Meanwhile,
Lexi Krieger has added five goals and five assists for 15 points, while
Inma Martinez has added four goals and 10 points.

Gianna Guyot has played every minute in goal for the Lady Hornets, and has a 2.13 goals against average in those contests.
