The Lady Hornets (14-20, 11-6 SWAC) extended their conference win streak to five games including winning their 15th consecutive conference set with a dominating 3-0 (27-25, 25-17, 25-17) win over Jackson State on Monday night.

Bayle' Bennett recorded her 15th double double of the season with 10 kills (.304) and 11 digs alongside a match-high tying two service aces. SeniorÂ
Krysta Medearis tallied a match-high 15 kills on a thunderous .560 hitting percentage with only one error in 25 attempts.

Taryn King had six kills in seven attempts for an errorless .857 clip while juniorÂ
E'laisah Young secured six kills (.385) with a match-high four blocks including a match-high three solos.

McKenzie Boland led the offense with a match-high 20 assists while freshmanÂ
Emersen Belles secured a match-high 21 digs.

On the season, Bennett leads the way with 358 total kills averaging 2.93 per set alongside the second-most digs (320, 2.62/set) and service aces (33) on the team. Medearis follows behind with 310 kills on a .264 hitting percentage with the third-most blocks on the team at 59 including 14 solos.

Young poses as an all-around threat as she has 243 kills with a blistering .345 hitting percentage, 22 service aces, 79 digs and a team-high 76 blocks including 26 solos.

Defensively, Belles leads the team with 431 digs (3.75/set) while also leading the team in service aces with 37. Boland paces the offense with 672 assists averaging 5.69/set.

Last Time Against Alabama A&M
Alabama State went to Huntsville on Oct. 18, and blanked Alabama A&M, 3-0 (25-23, 25-17, 25-21).

The Lady Hornets went into a hostile environment but kept calm hitting .250 with 45 kills while holding the Bulldogs to a .148 despite Alabama A&M coming into the match averaging a league-best .231 percentage.

Bayle' Bennett recorded her 12th double double of the season with a game-high tying 11 kills and 10 digs. Fellow seniorÂ
Krysta Medearis posted 11 kills (.231 hitting) with a game-high five blocks including three solos.

Kimari Terrell tallied a season-high six kills on a season- and a game-high .600 hitting percentage. JuniorÂ
