QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH FREDA FREEMAN-JACKSON
On MVSU: "Different teams give us different problems, and this team gives us major problems. They are small and athletic off the bounce and that is always challenging for our team."

On Aikerson: "Everyone knows that Crawford and Emmanuel have been our main threat offensively, so I knew we need Aikerson and Rudolph to step up tonight and they did. I am also pleased with Armani Smith and their ability to step up when we needed it."

On Clark: "We needed every bit of her offense and defense tonight. Bonner gave us problems and Clark was able to step up and play great defense and hit some crucial free throws down the stretch."

On Emmanuel: "She started off struggling offensively, but her confidence keeps her going and that's something that you cannot instill into a player. She is a competitor and she wants to win so its great to have that mentality in our program."
