MONTGOMERY, Ala. |Â Alabama State (13-14, 10-2 SWAC) will travel to Mississippi this weekend to take on conference opponents Mississippi Valley State and Jackson State for their final road trip of the regular season.

The Lady Hornets will face off against the Delta Devilettes on Sunday, November 7 at 3 pm, before playing Jackson State on Monday, November 8 at 6 pm.

GAME NOTES
- Alabama State is looking to continue their win streak to double digits, as they have won nine in a row after their home win over Southern Mississippi.
- The Hornets are currently undefeated against Mississippi Valley under head coach Penny Lucas-White, with a 15-0 record since 2011.
- The Hornets hold a 15-17 record against Jackson State under White, winning eight of the last ten. Alabama State dropped the last matchup in a 3-1 game in Lockhart earlier this season.
- Sophomore Jada Rhodes (Tallahassee, Fla.) leads the Hornets so far this season as the only player with at least 200 kills and digs with totals of 268 kills and 209 digs. in Kalysia Bates (Phenix City, Ala.) has also crossed the 200-plus mark in kills with 229.
- Behind Rhodes and Bates, two other Alabama State players have logged 100 kills so far this season in Alexis Ratliff (Atlanta, Ga.) with 151 and Mahogany Vinson (Richton Park, Ill.) with 163.
- Both Hornet setters have over 350 assists and 100 digs in Madison Beasley (Gilbert, Ariz.) with 371 assists and 123 digs, while McKenzie Boland (Stockbridge, Ga.) has logged 353 and 123 digs.
- Two Hornets have 200-plus digs in reigning SWAC Defensive Player of the Week Emersen Belles (Gilbert, Ariz.) with 240 and Rhodes. Three more Hornets have at least 100 digs in Beasley, Boland, and Logan Horne (Montgomery, Ala.) with 110, while two have over 60 blocks in Bates (85) and Vinson (68).
