MONTGOMERY, Ala. |Â Alabama State will return to the Dunn-Oliver Acadome on Monday evening for a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) matchup against Alcorn State on Student Spirit Night.

The game is scheduled to tip at 5:30 pm and will be the beginning of a doubleheader with the men's program, with COVID-19 protocols in place. Beginning this week, each entrant into the arena must have a negative COVID test within the last 72 hours and must show proof along with a ticket to enter the game. All tickets are being sold online and in person at the ASU Ticket Office located at ASU Stadium (football).
Masks are required to be worn at all times on the Alabama State campus.
Alabama State and Alcorn State have met 86 times in school history, with the Hornets trailing the all-time series 31-55. Alabama State has won the last three meetings and five of the last six dating back to 2019.

GAME NOTES
- Alabama State is looking to move past the home loss to Jackson State on Saturday, their first SWAC loss of the year after starting 2-0.
- Head Coach Freda Freeman-Jackson is 26-24 against the Braves in 24 years, dating back to her first season at the helm of the program.
- Monday's game is the second of a three game SWAC home stand for Alabama State as they welcome Jackson State, Alcorn State, and rival Alabama A&M all in a seven-day span.
