MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Head coach Anuk Christiansz and associate head coach Richard Seman have announced the signing of Alejandra Ramirez to the Alabama State women's tennis team. 

Alejandra Ramirez comes to Alabama State from María Inmaculada in Madrid, Spain. 

When asked why she chose ASU, Alejandra said, "I decided to come to Alabama State because from the first conversation, the coaches have given me a lot of security and I felt that it was the best decision for me."

Alabama State women's tennis team returns to play on Sunday, January 22, at Samford University to open their spring schedule.
