GAME NOTES

• Monday's matchup is just the 4th matchup in the all-time series, and the second meeting between these two programs as Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponents.
• Alabama State now leads the series 2-1 – including a 81-64 win earlier this season in Montgomery inside the Dunn-Oliver Acadome.
• The Hornets are looking to extend their win streak to five games, as their last loss was a road game against Grambling State (Feb. 5). The Hornets have defeated Southern, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Mississippi Valley State and Florida A&M over the span.
• Ayana Emmanuel (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) led Alabama State in their 73-56 win over Florida A&M with 27 points and seven rebounds, followed by Jada Nneji (Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada) who added 11 points, five rebounds and two steals on the day.
• Bethune-Cookman is 5-18 overall and 4-10 in conference play in their first year as members of the SWAC after moving from the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). They are currently 3-7 in games featured in the Moore Gymnasium.
• Five Wildcats average seven or more points per contest on the year, led by Morgan Beacham and Tania White at 9.7 and 9.5 points per game.
