MONTGOMERY Ala. | Alabama State head coach Anuk Christiansz announced the addition of Claudia Orsini for the 2022-23 academic year this week.

A native of France, Orsini attends Louis Armand High School in Eaubonne (a suburb of Paris) and started playing tennis at the age of four with her father and joined a club at age five. She has played in numerous tournaments in France, with her family moving to Paris when she was 14 giving her an opportunity to play in more tournaments and stay close to home.

During her time in Paris, she has been able to practice and compete more, and will compete in bigger tournaments to prepare her for her career at Alabama State coming up in the fall of 2022.
