Weather could play a factor in non-conference matchup

MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State returns to action in non-conference play at home on Wednesday afternoon against WKU, with the match set for 1 pm. Alabama State (7-5) comes in on a five-match winning streak, while WKU (10-6) enters following a 6-1 loss to UAB. • The Hornets won a pair of matches on Monday to wrap up play in the pod, beating Grambling State and Prairie View A&M – each by 4-0 scores. Senior Urska Velec (Maribor, Slovenia) clinched both wins for the Hornets.
