MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State hits the court for the first time since a road win over Alabama A&M last week, facing Western Carolina in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon. Alabama State (9-6) last played on March 26 – a 4-0 win over Alabama A&M – and have not played at home since March 16 against WKU.
Admission is free to the Olean Black Underwood Tennis Center.
Alabama State and Western Carolina have never met in the history of the two programs. The Hornets have not played in six days and will play back-to-back matches this weekend with a Sunday match against Spring Hill. The Hornets will close out the regular season with five consecutive home matches including Saturday.
