Cordasia Harris Named SWAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama State senior forward Cordasia Harris was named the Southwestern Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week, announced on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023.

Harris netted a career-high 32 points and nine rebounds, falling shy of her second double-double this season. The Mobile, Ala., native was 14-of-17 from the field and made 4-of-6 free throws. She added added two blocks, one steal and one assist on the night.

Alabama State returns to action against Florida State on Wednesday, Dec. 20,, in Tallahassee, Fla.
