MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Bailey Greenlee tossed five solid innings with nine strikeouts to lead 
Alabama State University to a 4-1 win over Alabama A&M University on Senior Day at the Barbara Williams Softball Complex on Saturday. 
 
 
Greenlee picked up the win in the circle and also went 2-for-2 at the plate on the afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED   
	- Alabama State took a 1-0 lead in the first inning. DeRamus scored when Myers reached on an error.  
 
	- Venice Sanders had an RBI single to tie the game 1-1 in the third inning.  
 
	- The Hornets scored three runs in the fourth to take a 4-1 lead. Gardner had a two-run single and followed by an RBI single by Scott. 
 
 
IN THE CIRCLE   
	- Greenlee (14-8) allowed one run on four hits with nine strikeouts to earn the win. 
 
	- Sydney Hall allowed four runs on three hits with a strikeout in the loss for AAMU.  
 
	- Oliva Brown yielded two hits over 2.0 scoreless innings with a strikeout.  
 
 
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE  
	- Greenlee also had a good day at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a run scored. 
 
	- DeRamus finisehd 2-for-3 with a run scored. 
 
	- Gardner drove in two runs on a hit for the Lady Hornets
