MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State picked up all five singles' victories in a 5-2 victory over West Alabama at the Olean Black Underwood Tennis Center on Thursday.
The Lady Hornets picked up wins at numbers two through six on the day including a pair of three-set matches.
Madalena Andrade picked up a 3-6, 7-6, 6-2 victory at No. 3 after dropping the first set, while
Carmelle Vial battled back after dropping the first set.
Sahra Bouchaala,
Bea Acena, and
Timothee Legaud all picked up singles victories for Alabama State. The Lady Hornets also picked up a doubles victory at number two.
