JACKSON, Miss. |  Alabama State women's tennis imprved 9-5 overall and 6-0 in the SWAC with a 4-0 win over Grambling State in the SWAC Tennis POD II on Sunday. 

Madalena Andrade and Bea Acena captured a 6-0 win No. 2 doubles to secure the doubles point for the Lady Hornets. 

Sahra Bouchaala and Ena Arnautovic won at No. 1 and No. 5 singles spots to clinch the match. 

Alabama State closes out the SWAC POD against Southern on Monday at 9 a.m.
