MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Senior Kindal DeRamus went 1-for-2 for Alabama State University Softball in a 10-2 loss to No. 20 Mississippi State University on Wednesday.
Junior Charity Bibbs (6-9) got the ball to start for Alabama State (12-17) and took the loss. Freshman Kohana Pousson was a bright spot for the Hornets, coming out of the bullpen and throwing two shutout innings, allowing one hit.
