BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama State University senior guard forward Kaitlyn Bryant has been named to the 2025-26 Preseason All-SWAC Women's Basketball Second Team announced by the SWAC office Tuesday, Oct. 7 2025.

Bryant played in 30 games with seven starts, averaging 8.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per game and finished with 29 assists, six blocks and 24 steals. The Opelika, Ala., native scored a season-high 24 points on four maed  3-pointers versus Texas Southern and collected six rebounds against Prairie View A&M. She dished out a season-high four assists against Arkansas-Pine Bluff and had three steals versus West Georgia.

Alabama State is picked to finish nine in the SWAC Preseason Media and Coaches Poll behind preseason favorite Southern University.
