BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Kyler McIntosh, Jorhan Laboy and Kameron Douglas are this week's Southwestern Athletic Conference baseball honorees after leading Alabama State to a 3-1 week.

McIntosh was selected the SWAC Hitter of the Week after hitting, Laboy was named the SWAC Pitcher of the Week and Douglas was the SWAC Newcomer of the Week.

McIntosh hit .400 with a double and six RBI, two runs scored for the week. The Columbus, Ind., native had a double and three RBI in ASU's 10-2 win over Missouri. He had two RBI against Grambling, one that proved to be the difference in a 6-5 win on Friday.

Laboy handcuffed Grambling State for 5.1 innings to earn the win in relief. Laboy struck out seven against one walk while scattering two hits and only yielding only one extra base hit.

Douglas batted .471 in four games, including a two-hit outing against Alabama. He added three doubles, a home run, and three runs scored. His solo home run tied the game 5-5 on Friday against Grambling State while adding RBI in wins over Missouri and Jackson State.
