Join us on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the John Garrick Hardy Center on the campus of Alabama State University as we officially tip off the 2025–26 Men's and Women's Basketball seasons!
The Alabama State Basketball Tip-Off Dinner, presented by The Hornet NIL Fund, will feature:
- 2025 SWAC Champion Head Coach Tony Madlock, Sr.
- New Women's Basketball Head Coach Johnetta Hayes (2-Time SWAC Champion)
- Special guest NBA Legend Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway
- Special guest WNBA Legend Cynthia Cooper
