Biography
Hall a transfer from Lawson State was brought in to provide some depth at the setter position. In high school Kelsye was named to the 1st Team All-District all four years and 1st Team All-Metro for two years.
At her juco she was nominated to 1st Team All Region.
Kelsye was born June 19, 1989 to Dawn Hall and Jack Phillips, she has two siblings Chaun Lei and Kamiko Martin.
