Luiza enters her junior season as one of the Lady Hornets team captains...She is a leader both on and off the court for ASU...She is extremely quick and athletic and has become one of the top defensive players in the SWAC...Will play as the libero again this season.

Junior College:  Laramie County Community College where she was named to the All-Conference, All-Tournament and All-Region teams.

High School:  Lakewood High School where she received all-conference and all-tournament honors.

Club Team:  She played along with her younger sister Julia, on the Denver Volleyball Club, which won the Gold Medal in the Junior Olympics-National Championship bracket in 2010.
