MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES & SERVICES - FOOTBALL
Weekly Press Opportunity
Alabama State Head Coach Eddie Robinson Jr. and selected players will meet with the media each Wednesday at 9:30 am during the season. Requests for specific players should be made to the Athletics Strategic Communications Office on Sunday afternoon before the press opportunity.
Interviews
All interview requests for Coach Eddie Robinson Jr. or any Alabama State assistant coaches and players must be coordinated through the Athletic Strategic Communications office.
Players are available for interviews, either in person, via Zoom, or by phone, before or after practice, Tuesday through Thursday. To arrange player interviews, please provide 24 hours' notice to the Athletics Strategic Communications Office. Player interviews may be conducted in the ASU Football Stadium Media Room or in the Athletics Strategic Communications Office. The Alabama State training room, football locker room, weight room, and meeting rooms are off-limits to the media. Your cooperation is appreciated.
For telephone interviews, the student-athlete will be provided with the number and will make the call at a mutually-agreed-upon time. Phone numbers of student-athletes will not be made available to the media.
For interviews with head coach Donald Hill-Eley and/or Alabama State assistant coaches, please contact Fred Sington in the Athletics Strategic Communications Office. The best time for Coach Eddie Robinson Jr. to conduct interviews is weekday mornings.

Updated statistics, game recaps, weekly and daily releases, press conference transcripts, player and coaches' bios, historical, broadcast, and ticket information can be found on the Alabama State Official Athletics Website at www.bamastatesports.com. Media are encouraged to check the website regularly for the latest athletics news.
Video Services
Requests for video footage of Alabama State football should be made to Khalil Stewart in the Athletics Strategic Communications Office. They will work with the Alabama State video coordinator and his staff to fill specific requests. Please allow a minimum of three days' lead time for video requests.
Accessing Information
In addition to the Alabama State Athletics website (www.bamastatesports.com), the latest news, weekly releases, updated depth charts, rosters, and season and single-game statistics can be sent on a daily or weekly basis via e-mail. Contact Fred Sington to request to be added to the football e-mail list.
GAME DAY COVERAGE Credential Requests
All requests for media, radio, television, photography, scouting, and parking credentials for the Alabama State Football season, or any individual game, can be made by filling out the credential application and submitting it to Fred Sington. Deadlines for credential applications are Wednesday at NOON before each home game. Credentials will not be mailed, but can be picked up in the Athletic Strategic Communications Office the week of the game or at ASU Football Stadium Will-Call on game day.
Will Call
Any media credentials not picked up during the week at the ASU Stadium will be available at Press Will Call beginning TWO hours before the game.
Press Box Services
The press box, located on the south side of ASU football Stadium and opens TWO hours before game time.
Meals will be served in the press box beginning ONE hour before game time until kickoff. Sodas will be available throughout the game, and snacks will be served at halftime.
Game notes, programs, flip cards, and statistics will be provided before the game. Quickie Statistics will be handed out to media members after each quarter. A PDF of the final stats will be posted on bamastatesports.com on the schedule and results page. Requests for emailed finals stat books (PDF) can be made by halftime with the Athletics Strategic Communications staff.
Post-Game Interviews
The visitor's locker room is located on the east side of the east end zone. The SID of the visiting school will establish admittance policies to the visiting locker room.
Alabama State head coach Donald Hill-Eley and requested players will be available in the post-game interview approximately 10 minutes after the game. Alabama State post-game interviews will take place in the Media Interview room located in the east end zone.
