Jaquon Robinson comes to Alabama State from Dinwiddie High School, where he was the passing game coordinator the past two seasons. During that time he helped the team amass a 26-2 record.
He will serve as the inside receivers coach beginning in 2018 for Alabama State.

Prior to his stint at Dinwiddie, Robinson on staff at Troy University, where he served as a graduate assistant. Robinson served as an offensive analyst in his first season, then served as a graduate assistant for the Sun Belt Conference championship.

A native of Atlanta, Robinson was a two-year star for the Trojans at wide receiver. He finished his career with 48 catches for 616 yards and five touchdowns after transferring to the Trojans from the Air Force Academy.

A three-year letterwinner at Frederick Douglass High School, he was named his team’s offensive Player of the Year and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Robinson graduated from Troy with a degree in Psychology in 2013, and a Master’s in Sport Administration in May 2015. He and his wife, Jasmine, have one child – two-year old Journee.
