Previous School (at Toledo): Did not see game action during redshirt sophomore season... Injured in the season opener during redshirt freshman season... Did not play during freshman season (2016), earned redshirt.
High School: Had 88 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and five sacks as a senior, earning honorable mention all-area... Added three fumble recoveries and returned one interception for a touchdown... As a junior, had 56 tackles, eight tackles for loss, three sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries...Also was a catcher and third baseman on the baseball team... High school football coach was Tyrone Rogers.
