Freda Freeman-Jackson's staff would not be complete without assistant coach Adria Harris, who enters her sixth season with the Lady Hornets.

For two seasons, she served as a dedicated graduate assistant before moving into the ranks of a full time assistant.

Harris' expertise of being a tenacious defender and a long range sniper, guides the young talented guns of the Lady Hornets basketball team that were recruited by the ASU coaching staff.

Harris played for Coach Jackson from 2001-05, while playing she sustained a knee injury that caused her to sit out in 2004. During her play at Alabama State University, Harris helped lead the Lady Hornets to a record of 54-18 in conference play and captured two regular season SWAC titles.

Harris earned a bachelor’s degree in communications in 2005 and her master’s in health education in 2008.
