Caylie Hartman begins her first season as an assistant coach at Alabama State after serving as a graduate assistant for the program.
Hartman joined the Lady Hornets program in 2020 as a graduate assistant, working with the goalkeepers and helping the team advance to the NCAA Tournament during the Spring 2021 season.
A graduate of Shaw University in Raleigh, NC, she finished her career with the Lady Bears with a 1.45 Career Goals Against Average which places her in the top 10. Prior to Shaw, Hartman played two years at Otero Junior College in La Junto (Colo.) where she was named to the NJCAA All-Region team for the Lady Rattlers.
Hartman, a native of Commerce City (Colo.), earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Shaw University in 2020. Her parents Matthew and Ameris, live in her hometown.
