NOTABLES vs. TUSKEGEE
• Head Coach
Reggie Barlow led the Hornets to their third straight season with at least seven wins. It is just the second time in program history ASU has won at least seven games in three consecutive seasons. The 1966-69 teams won eight, nine, eight, and seven games, respectively.
• The 22 wins are the most in a three-year period since Alabama State won 24 games in 2002-04 and 2003-05.
• It was the fourth time this season the Hornets rushed for at least 200 yards. Alabama State gained 228 yards on the ground against Tuskegee.
• It was the second straight game the Hornets had a pair of 100-yard rushers. QB
Greg Jenkins rushed for 106 yards on 15 carries. The duo of Crowell (17-103-1) and
Malcolm Cyrus (11-126-1) accomplished the feat at Southern on Nov. 10.
• Jenkins completes his ASU career ranking sixth in total offense and eighth in passing yards. With 4,003 total yards (3,166 passing/837 rushing), Jenkins moved ahead of Alcede Surtain (3,829 yards; 1992-95). Jenkins' passing yards total moved him ahead of Chris Mitchell (3,084 yards; 2007-09). Jenkins' 20 completions against Tuskegee is one short of his career high.
• With six receptions for 47 yards, WR
T.C. McWilliams ends his career tied for fourth in receptions (133), ninth in receiving yards (1,737) and tied for ninth in touchdowns (16). McWilliams, who was previously tied with Darryl Pearson in touchdown receptions, is now tied with Head Coach
